I even had to write them all down and check first. I absolutely love this card, its
definetley going to someone who appreciates the work that has gone into it as it took me two hours to do, good job
I'm not on piece rate! These are the challenges it covers
Creative Card Tuesday - Everybody emboss,
Sketch Card Saturday - to follow sketch #49,
Colour Create - Chocolate, red and cream,
A Spoon full of sugar - Touchy Feely and finally
ABC Challenge - M for Metallic. Now to the card.
Its the first 8" square card I have made and what a huge difference this makes, so much room! The flowers I made by
quilling them. I had been making them wrong until I watched a lady demonstrating on create and craft she showed another way and it was so much easier. Papers and ribbons are from my stash. The lovely
gorguss girl is from a recent image swap, thanks Shirley. Anyway must go, the kids are clamouring for the
pc!!!!
Thanks for looking

The flowers Julie are gorgeous it was worth the hard work youve put into them. The card is stunning and I love the whole balance and you are right the bigger card does give you more room to explore more possibilities. Im so glad that the image has worked out well for you to, youve certainly done a brilliant job of making this card. Well done love and hugs Shirleyxxxx

ReplyDeleteTo make a insert for a 8"x8" card, I use a A3 piece of paper folded in half, to make a A4 size, but i put a small piece of double sided tape in one corner, then print like you would on a A4 size, and if you want to put a surrounding around it, I use My Craft Studio to create the design, then print on both sides of the A4 piece.
ReplyDeletewow, those flowers are fab, great image and the colours are lovely !
